Placing your order: Orders may be placed 24 hours a day via our web site using a secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Orders are processed using SSL encryption technology, so you can be assured that your personal information will remain safe. If you prefer, you may place your order via telephone by calling our office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST M - F. Orders may also be placed via email in which you may send us your request and mailing address. A payment request will then be sent to you through ProPay, which is a secure payment processing system. Checks are accepted, however, your order will not be shipped until your check clears our bank. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks. If you experience any problems placing your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance. Shipping: Winks & Co. ships via USPS using Priority Mail. We'll gladly ship to FPO and APO addresses. All orders are charged a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 2 – 5 business days, depending on how busy the season is. During the months of October through December, order processing times may be longer than 5 days. If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Expedited shipping is available if arrangements are made with us in advance. In that event, you will be charged the exact amount of shipping rather than the flat rate of $6.95. International and Canadian customers are asked to contact us prior to placing an order for shipping arrangements. We use USPS Global Priority for shipping international orders. International and Canadian customers will be charged for the exact amount of shipping rather than the flat rate of $6.95. The flat rate amount will appear on your email receipt, however, your account will be charged the exact rate of shipping. Local customers may make arrangements to pick their orders up rather than have them shipped. This option is selectable during the checkout process. Sales Tax: Winks & Co. charges 7% sales tax on orders placed within the state of Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled providing the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Returns: We sincerely hope you enjoy your whipped body butter. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Winks & Co. is not responsible for return postage and original postage will not be refunded. Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipping. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All claims should be made with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials. Winks & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Product Shelf Life: Our products are made using natural ingredients and a reliable, safe paraben-free preservative. We recommend using our products within 12 months of opening them. The shelf life can be extended by storing the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. If products are kept near direct sunlight, it is not uncommon for the body butter to change to a light yellow color. This doesn't mean that your product is growing any nasties. It simply means that the fragrance oil is reacting to the sunlight. Please keep in mind that while we use fresh, natural ingredients in our products, the fragrance oils are not natural oils (but they are phlalate free). We do not use fillers or chemicals to prolong shelf life (other than the preservative) or otherwise alter the natural state of our products. The only synthetic ingredients in our products are the fragrance oils and the preservative. At no time is the information, ingredients, or products on this web site intended to diagnose or treat any condition. For external use only. No Animal Testing: We NEVER test our products on animals. Ever. All product safety tests are conducted in a clean production environment.
